Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions and got a kids meal burger patty on a bun, looking like someone took a bite out of the cheese and missing mustard, and it is cold. I have pictures of it but for some reason I can't attach them here. Not the first time we were disappointed or missing something, just beyond bad this time.
Can't believe all the bad reviews - this is our main stop before we do Lacey and Olympia and have never waited more than a few minutes and food was great and no problem at all

Piss poor customer service! I waited in drive thru in the second line, the cars in the first drive thru line kept passing me finally someone came on the mic. I told them I was skipped and NOT ordering anymore. I told the cashier this is ridiculous and poor management. She said the manager on duty was the one taking orders on the second line, but he was busy. Wow if they can’t handle having two drive thru lanes open then they should have put a cone or closed the second lane...read full review
