Wow!! Just Wow!! This is the best BBQ we’ve had in a very long time. Tin Hut was at Fierce Cider so we decided to stay and try them out. The Brisket was literally the best I’ve ever had. Everything else we ordered was perfect!! Don’t miss them!
I tried their food truck at a recent BBQ event in Lacey. For me, it was average at best. The beans tasted canned with some sauce to try and diminish the tin taste. The mac n cheese had no flavor and left me disappointed. The brisket could really of used some seasoning. The staff was great, but it's a thumbs down for me y'all
