Have experienced the delicious food from their food truck many times. Ordered a pulled pork plate, but it was noisy & they thought i said grilled cheese pulled pork plate. Best mistake ever, best sandwich I have ever had
I tried their food truck at a recent BBQ event in Lacey. For me, it was average at best. The beans tasted canned with some sauce to try and diminish the tin taste. The mac n cheese had no flavor and left me disappointed. The brisket could really of used some seasoning. The staff was great, but it's a thumbs down for me y'all
In respose to the Owner: Understand tax included but honestly I like that broken out so I can deduct it on my income tax. Don't know how much tax was nor did I get a receipt. Also for $18 even with tax, the sides are much too small. Consider larger side portions. I'm not the first to call this out in the reviews.
