Given inflation I feel bad deducting a partial star, and that's really all it is. There is no pre-dinner chips and salsa and prices are definitely up, but not exhorbinatly so. Now the good, the enchilada sauce was wonderful. The traditional sauce was made with peanuts, such a treat. The green chili steak had an very nice spicy kick. The sides were treated with care and felt special. I wish I lived in the area; Viva would become my new favorite haunt.

This is the first place I had to pay for chips and salsa. This place is over priced, for that they should give the chips and salsa for free.
Atmosphere is nice. Service is quick and friendly. The steak enchiladas were ok. The stake was no tender and very chewy.

Viva Mexican Restaurant is amazing! The food is authentic and flavorful, and the customer service is top-notch.
