Fast and friendly ordering. The order taker was straight to the point which was fine but felt a bit short. Got exactly what I asked for and tasted exactly as I expected.
This was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Arby’s restaurant. Vanessa provided outstanding customer service, friendly, efficient, and professional throughout what looked like a very demanding shift. Seeing someone maintain that level of care and positivity while handling multiple responsibilities was impressive.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared really well, and the overall atmosphere made the visit even better.

Arby's offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some customers were disappointed with the broken shake machine and communication issues, many praised the fantastic customer service and the excellent food. The sandwiches were noted as perfect, with a nice portion of roast beef and a soft bun, although there were mentions of the potato cakes tasting old. Some visitors reported slightly cold sandwiches and burnt curly fries, but the curly fries were still considered the best. The pricing seemed a bit high for a small sandwich and drink combo. One visitor noticed a strange taste in the coke refill from the self-serve fountain. Despite these mixed opinions, one customer enjoyed spending time in the East Wenatchee location, playing Uno with a friend. The restaurant has plenty of parking, including access for the disabled, and wheelchair accessibility is easy. Many customers appreciated the fast, accurate, and friendly service, expressing a desire to return soon.
