Just demolished this plate in the ferry line. I’ve eaten here twice in 24 hours. Jesus it’s so damn good. Not cheap but you’re on orcas island with the big dawgs and green dollar hippies and that’s just the way it goes. If I lived here I’d be destitute solely because of this establishment. Jesus
Honestly, eating here feels like going to a potluck with friends and they’re all talented chefs so you get to reap the benefits of their hard work and skills. It was so good that we ate here twice in our three day trip and walked away with a jar of their house-made hot sauce. The owners, one of whom was the chef, were both kind and talented. Their staff was generous and made great conversation with us.

Wow! The roast chicken here blew my mind. By far the best I’ve ever had. The potatoes? Divine. The cheesecake for dessert? Best choice since deciding to walk and not crawl. If I lived on the island I would be poor and never cook for myself again.
