Matia’s new location on Prune Alley in Eastsound is gorgeous, the dinner was next level, bonus that we can see the kitchen in action.
Fantastic local food with unique flavor pairings. We were told the uni was caught locally by one of the servers friends. Very cool! The service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
