“Love the coffee and the atmosphere. Customer service is unfortunately lacking at times. They messed up a Doordash order (ordered a traditional and they completely forgot the milk. Literally just a mostly-empty cup with a shot of espresso in it), and we've been unable to contact them about it, as they don't answer the phone and their voicemail is full. We'll still buy from them, but this isn't a great look.“

“Nothing could come between me and a cup of Herkimer Coffee, nothing. This joint is sublime. From the classic PNW coffee shop feel to the masterful coffee being roasted on site, Herkimer is coffee Nirvana. Pastries are on point and staff is helpful and qualified to shoot a mean shot. Nice convo with the roasters led to a deeper understanding of the huge contraption on the roof!“

“I always have a blast when I come thru this location, Me and my sister just love the interaction with the baristas. The staff is very friendly and just love how they remember our drinks every time we come thru. Keep up the awesome job“
“This is a good Whole Foods location. I went to this Whole Foods location to use the Amazon return section, and return an item. The return process literally took less than one minute, and I was refunded the money that evening. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location, if you need to do an Amazon return.“

“Armistice Roosevelt was good, although the customer service could be a lot better. The coffee shop itself was a little sterile and didn’t have a cozy or homey feel, but the coffee was pretty good and they had a selection of pastries. The place is nice and clean and has a modern look, but the service was just OK and I don’t know if the servers were tired or just grumpy. Overall, we thought the coffee was good and worth the visit.“
