I stopped in with my grandkids when we took the ferry over from Kingston . I ordered an alligator cookie for my grandson (he loved it) and a hotdog for my granddaughter . We didn’t realize it was wrapped in some kind of pastry . Anyway she didn’t want it so I was just going to take one bite, but it was so good I ate the whole thing . I highly recommend this bakery. When I get a chocolate chip cookie, it is important to me that it is soft, and not rock hard, and this bakery makes the softest chocolate chip cookies, plus, they have antique decorations for customers to look at while they wait for their coffee/pastries. If you’re walking down Main Street in Edmonds, stop at Edmonds Bakery.

We grabbed a couple of cookies as we walked through town. Daughter dug the peanut butter chocolate-dipped cookie. I got the oatmeal iced and what a delight! A nostalgic sweet bite for sure. Warmly spiced and iced just the my grandmother made them in 1974, it was an absolute treat. Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly too.
