We were regulars when we lived in the area. And we always loved the food and ambiance. Our server was too busy and had too many tables. She too busy to be bothered with us. My red wine as very warm. My steak salad was very overcooked and cold. My husband's pizza was soggy and it was the special. Wonderful from start to finish. The host was very accommodating and professional. We had a nice table. The waitress was busy, but never seemed rush and didn't rush us at all. Salad was the only disappointment. Very flat, but the waitress brought more dressing. Still bland. The meals and cocktails were excellent.
4 diners - We dine out often at nice restaurants. This was our first experience at Epulo Bistro. The restaurant atmosphere is nice, but none of us thought the food was worth the we price paid. One person ordered the salmon and made a comment that it tasted like the sauce was made with black garlic. He said the black garlic flavor was overpowering and wasn't a good blend with the other sauce ingredients. We all agreed we would not return.
