Their spicy chicken is awesome; crispy crunchy outside with a little bit of heat! Prices are pretty good for 2026, I can feed my family of 4 and have leftover chicken for less than $40 which is cheaper than almost anywhere else. Their regular chicken is ok. Mac and cheese is decent. Livers are nasty and way overcooked, from people who like that sort of thing. Mashed potatoes are meh, biscuits are less than meh. I will keep trying until I find some good sides to go with that awesome...
Ezells is generally a goto and overall service and quality has improved since the partners split from Ezell. He just wasnt a business person. I also like this location and all day 2 piece lunch meal deal for$10. Today however, it seems they forgot to season the coating for their original. it tasted like pure fried flour. Hoping it was a one off and they add flavor back to the crust cuz I dont want to go to kfc.
The manager that I always seen the younger girl name Gloria has always made my family and I best experience I have been a regular to this franchise for 5 years due to her she makes it feel welcoming and just all around best we have been donating and supporting this franchise for years and now that we don’t see her we have stopped coming to this restaurant , it’s hard to find rare people like her .
