I love Ezell's but for the third consecutive time this evening they gave me regular chicken even though I ordered spicy 🔥
The manager that I always seen the younger girl name Gloria has always made my family and I best experience I have been a regular to this franchise for 5 years due to her she makes it feel welcoming and just all around best we have been donating and supporting this franchise for years and now that we don’t see her we have stopped coming to this restaurant , it’s hard to find rare people like her .
