The green salsa mixes with mayo for a perfect sauce. The skin is flavorful and delicious, and the inside is cooked perfectly. Most of the time the chicken is juicy, though it can be dry sometimes. The menu includes perfectly cooked roast chicken, fries, and a little salad. Customers recommend trying the papa rellena. The great Peruvian spicy sauces go well with any meal. Service is quick and efficient but nothing special, or can be a little bit slow but worth it. The space only has about 4 booths, so takeout is common. Going in to order or using a 3rd party service is recommended.
