Yesterday I went to pick up a big catering order for my son’s 10th birthday (he loves Panda Express!) I had ordered a few days ahead, saw the payment go through, and thought we were all set. When I arrived, I was told the order had been canceled. After checking my bank account, it looked like the charge had been refunded.

When I got to panda express there was a few homeless people standing right outside the door talking to themselves and having trash all over the place, I know that Panda Express cannot control this, but it looks really bad on the business. Although the food and everything was great, and the customer service was above par I don’t think that I will be going back to this location just because of how people like to gather on the outside.

Edit: problem solved! Love this store!!!Three times now I've placed an online order for pickup asap and it's ready 5-10 minutes ahead of the estimated time. Awesome, so far so good.Then I walk into the store, make eye contact with 2-3 employees as they clearly hear me state my name and that I'm there to pick up an order.
