We haven't been to the Loft in years. Decided to give it a try again. Food is just as excellent as we remembered. Risotto, salmon, chicken Marsala and tiramisu all really delicious. The back patio used to be very warm and inviting with great ambiance. Seems in transition now. Would improve with basic clean up and candles on all tables etc to make more inviting. Didn't want the sports on big screen television while having nice dinner out. Maybe not adequate staffing,...
Overall the experience was great. The one challenge I had is that they were only taking cash, Venmo or Zelle. They need to update their online page to reflect this. Once we are inside is not the time to be letting people know. Changes are hard to make.
We've eaten here over the years. We arrived to find the restaurant empty of customers and found that they would only accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. We had a few cocktails and ate at a different restaurant. This used to be a really good restaurant! 😞😔
