We found this place on our way back to a Seattle from Crystal mountain and were so glad to find fresh and delicious huckleberry ice cream. They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Quick service, friendly staff.
It’s a tiny place, doesn’t have much space to dine in and can get a little crowded easily. But you can always take out and enjoy your ice cream outdoors.

“Our Hive may have single-handedly kept me alive during my first trimester. I was so so nauseous. But their Fortify juice helped me so much and became part of my daily routine. Their new shop is perfect, along with their new menu. The vegan sandwiches are AMAZING. You honestly wouldn’t even know they’re vegan. Corrine puts her heart and soul into those amazing smoothie bowls and parfaits, and they do NOT disappoint. Visiting Kelly at the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays has become a highlight for me. “This visit was the first time my bonus son, who is learning to drive, pulled up to any coffee stand to order drinks for us. He was treated with kindness and respect, and even though he was a bit further from the window than usual, having the sliding door for the barista to walk out and deliver our drinks really made him feel better about being so far from the window (first time driver and maneuvering the driveway was new). Our drinks were delicious, not a long wait time, and we drove off to his job interview calm and caffeinated. We'll definitely be back.“

“A new favorite when we visit our daughter in the PNW. We can drive up, order and eat in the vehicle together with her pup too! The shakes are delicious. I learned from the first time and ordered a Jr. Burger the 2nd time around. These burgers are delicious and huge! Oops! Not enough to share with the pup. Don't worry, we had fries & breaded mushrooms galore! No onion rings for dogs though, sorry. Not good for them. A lick of my Dream Sickle shake made up for it. There is picnik seating and a park just next door. Lovely hanging flower baskets and very clean and up kept. Looking forward to returning for another Wally burger next time I'm in Washington.“
