Hit or miss as far as customer service. Sometimes they are very friendly, other times the people working here look annoyed to be there. Flavors are delicious but sadly very expensive. We paid nearly twenty dollars for 2 scoops of ice cream in a bowl (no extra toppings or waffle cone) and a single smoothie. Also, not always the most clean inside.
Delicious ice cream, as usual. We came in around 3 pm. The young lady behind the counter is so efficient. She is making orders for pick up in between helping her customers in the lobby. The store is clean in the front and behind the counter, ice cream is well stocked, and service so pleasant and fast. This is the best location I’ve been to in years. Thanks so much!
Originally I had given 3 stars a year in a half ago because my youngest insisted on sprinkles. They put them and then charged a dollar for what honestly was 5 cents of sprinkles.
However, since my son and I have made it a treat to come and try new stuff, the kindness of the staff and how sweet they are with him, has earned them a couple of extra stars, since they make him feel special and welcome Everytime.
