Catalyst Cafe is INCREDIBLE, and fills a desperately needed space in our community. Their coffee is great and they have a fantastic menu with options for everyone. And I do mean everyone - LOTS of gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options, rather than one or two lone options. This is a cozy place to hang out with your friends and enjoy a cup of expertly brewed coffee, tea, and various sandwiches, bagels, and other baked goods. It is operated by the owner themself and has a section in the back perfect for meet ups or study group (including a blackboard). I had the chai latte and smoked salmon bagel both were excellent. I forgot to take a picture because I just had to eat it!
