We tried Fatty Fish Sushi in South Everett and was pleasantly surprised. The sushi tasted fresh and well-balanced, not overloaded with sauces, which I really appreciated. You can actually taste the fish instead of just spicy mayo.
The rolls were neatly made, not falling apart, and the rice had the right texture. I also liked that the menu had a good mix of classic options and a few creative combinations without being overwhelming.
