I made the mistake of buying a gift card online at Fisherman Jack’s last Christmas Eve. I had a typo in the send to address and the gift certificate was never received. I went to the Everett location 3 times! trying to get the gift card. I was assured each time, including by the manager Julianne, that it would be resolved, but it never was. $100 loss to me, my bad for making a mistake and then believing they would fix it. They used to offer modifications to make gluten free dishes and I found out today at the Mill Creek China City location that they no longer do this. Very disappointing.
The three of us had a great meal here last night..Service was A+
