Been here many times and this place is amazing. One of the best in the Seattle area. So authentic, with such a broad menu, and almost everything is really good. Standouts for me are the Torta Cubana, the quesadillas (made with large corn tortillas like they do in much of central mexico), huitlacoche (one of the few places you can find it), and the made to order aguas frescas.

Always enjoy the food when we come here. Good food with good prices. Our favorite is the tacos al pastor. Even if we don't speak Spanish, the servers are always welcoming and friendly. We've visited multiple times and this place is now one of our go to places in Everett for a quick and inexpensive lunch or dinner. Huge selection in the menu which I've yet to try on our next visit.
