The experience at MOD Pizza was very good. The restaurant is clean, bright, and comfortable, and the whole ordering process is simple and easy. I really like the custom pizza concept here because you can choose the crust, sauce, cheese, meat, vegetables, and toppings exactly the way you want. The ingredients looked fresh, and the pizza came out hot, crispy, and flavorful.

The assistant manager Andre was so kind, professional and patient. He answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He really showed Managerial leadership and may in fact inspire those in charge to consider him for a Management position. It was so nice to see team such as yours not goofing off and having great service. I wish all of your staff the best and I do not want to leave off the young lady who made my pizza this evening. I love being able to give a business five stars but I just can't do it this time. I do like that you can add as many toppings as you want without the price going up. She never asked what spices I wanted. I thought later after eating half of my first piece how it really didn't taste like pizza. Then it dawned on me, after preferring the salad, that she didn't put ANY spices at all! And didn't even ask or remind me about spices. That should be a standard...
