That being said, I supported this Pho restaurant during the no dining mandate but I am in regret because I found foreign material in my take out order that could have landed me in an ER. I have dined at this restaurant many times because I like supporting small businesses but I will never go back there ever again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and after reading other reviews, I found out some reviews are similar to what I observed and experienced at the restaurant. 1) the woman that serve and takes your money is not polite and rude at times, 2) the food selection is wide but not true authentic, this is a Vietnamese restaurant trying to serve other Asian food, like Thai or Chinese food, not even close, 3) the parking is dirty and in disrepair. I ran out of patience supporting this small business because I felt taking advantage and betrayed. Her chances have run out because of her and I hope this feedback will only help her to better herself and treat all her customers politely.

My family and I absolutely love this place! Not only is the owner of the sweetest lady in the world the food is prepped perfectly and served timely fashion and always tastes phenomenal! I would highly recommend anyone to dine in or pick up you will not be disappointed!

Hit or miss every time I go here, 2 out of 4 times the meat tastes as if it’s expired. When the food doesn’t taste past due, it’s very yummy and flavorful. Customer service is also lacking

Eww, gross. Found a hair in my food, and I'm not even lying at all it looked like it had an infestation of lice eggs in it. We tried to dissect it and think of what else it could have been, but it definitely wasn't chicken or noodles, so what else could it be?? When we brought this up to the owner, she just said okay and walked away and never brought us our food or confronted us about the matter. We literally had to just get up and walk away. Waited 10 minutes, and honestly would not eat food if they gave it to us because of the gross lice

It's not just pho, although the pho rocks. They've got a variety of dishes to choose from. Nice casual atmosphere, reasonable prices.

I have been going here since they first opened, the same employee still works there after 20 someyears and she remembers what my favorite choices are as I walk through the door even with a mask on. Their avocado bubble tea is very refreshing on a hot day. I also am appreciative of their vegetarian choices.Dan

It is just ok!The food is good compared to other pho places. But the service, well it seemed like she was having to go out of her way to get me a glass for my coke and then didn't fill our waters at all. I finally went up and got my own water.

I asked for rice with chicken, pork and shrimp ... they literally gave me two shrimp and we asked why so little and rudely they answered us that if we wanted more shrimp we should pay for them. the spicy chicken soup I ordered was sweet and not at all spicy. And I spent 40 min at the table and they didn't even ask us if we were okay. bad service and not very good food
the attention was very bad, I ordered a fried rice with chicken and shrimp, and literally the rice brought me only TWO shrimp. I complained and the answer was that if I wanted more shrimp I had to pay for it.
