The service is terrible, lacking empathy, and the staff are completely rude. They gave me the worst stuffed potato, burnt to a crisp.

They need to remove the fast food part from their sign ,they take forever to make a simple fresas con crema, we call ahead to order, and when we get there they dont even start making it,and on top of that they dont remember what we order fork or napkins was provide ,dont get me wrong the food is some how good, but they need to improve their service.

The Colombian food was good! I loved the papas rellenas and the salpicon. I have a suggestion though. They should give aji with the empanadas and offer sauces like salsa rosada too. I have to ask for the sauce in every dish I order and these sauces are essential for the dishes

Delicious authentic Colombian cuisine! Rico is passionate about his food, and his customer Service. Feels like going to a good friends house.
Couldn't be happier to finally have a great Colombian restaurant in the North End!

This location is not open yet. I don’t know how their Google hours say that they are in business, and they already have a bunch of reviews, but I showed up during business hours on a Friday and there’s a sign on the door that says grand opening coming soon.

Best Colombian food I've ever had! I've lived in the area for about 20 years, and no other place has come close to the quality and taste of Rico's!

Rico’s Colombian food truck is an experience you won’t want to miss. Run by Rico and his wife, this isn’t just a place to grab a quick meal; it’s a little slice of Colombia on wheels, filled with warmth, tradition, and a whole lot of flavor. As soon as you walk up, you’re welcomed like family, and you can immediately feel the passion they pour into every dish they serve.

Rico himself often takes your order, always ready with a big smile and a story or two about the origins of the food or his memories of Colombia. His wife, who prepares each meal to order, works with a dedication you can taste. Her mastery of Colombian flavors is undeniable, bringing rich spices and traditional ingredients together in a way that’s both comforting and exciting.

The food here is full of heart and crafted with care. From savory pastries to grilled items and mouthwatering plates piled with flavor, each bite reflects Rico and his wife’s deep love for their culinary heritage. The crispy golden pockets stuffed with rich, seasoned fillings are a favorite, as are the fluffy grilled treats that burst with melted cheese and fresh toppings. They’ve brought Colombia’s street food culture to life right here, and it’s clear that every meal they serve is made to be savored.

The line at Rico’s truck can get long, but it’s always worth the wait. Rico’s cheerful conversation, combined with the aroma of sizzling meats and fresh ingredients, makes the time fly. By the time you take that first bite, you know you’re getting something truly special—food that’s as genuine and full of life as the couple behind the counter. For anyone craving Colombian flavors made with passion and love, Rico’s food truck is a must-visit.
