Starbucks offers delicious menu items like the Bacon Gouda Egg, but inconsistent drink quality and limited seating can detract from the experience. While some locations provide excellent customer service, others may fall short. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating.
The Carmel macchiato with modifications was made correctly. The breakfast egg and sausage wrap was very good, less greasy than a breakfast burrito from other fast-food chains. The seasonal cheese plum danish was toasted and delicious. However, the overall visit was time-consuming and inconvenient due to difficulty finding an online order at the drive-thru.
A customer enjoyed the fall-themed drink, though it was a bit too sweet. The staff training some new people were very sweet.
