Love this place, Great coffee, I’ve just noticed if specific staff is not there my coffee will be made wrong. It’s happened over 3 times now, I still love the coffee and this location, ironically enough even though this happens sometimes it’s way less than other locations. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my recent Mocha Cookie Crumb. Frappuccino wasn't made very well. It didn't look like the advertised drink, and it melted almost immediately after I received it.
I'm not sure if the staff were just extremely busy or if my drink was rushed, but the quality was disappointing compared to what I normally expect. I hope this location on Evergreen Way can be more consistent with drink preparation in the future.
