I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my recent Mocha Cookie Crumb. Frappuccino wasn't made very well. It didn't look like the advertised drink, and it melted almost immediately after I received it.
I'm not sure if the staff were just extremely busy or if my drink was rushed, but the quality was disappointing compared to what I normally expect. I hope this location on Evergreen Way can be more consistent with drink preparation in the future.

I came through the drive thru to pick up mobile order on July 8th at 9:09am. The lovely gal that was in the window was so sweet!! First, she was so pretty and put together. It’s morning, pre-coffee, and she totally made my day in 30 seconds. Bright smile, efficient service, such a genuine way about her. I wished that I had asked her name.
