I have to mention that "Hope" is a great employee. She was so sweet. She took the time to help me pick some new drink and changed it to me when I didn't like it. She was very friendly and she deserve the 5 stars!
I frequently visit this Starbucks on my way to work in the mornings and I just wanted to specifically mention Jennifer. She along with the majority of the weekday morning crew, are always pleasant and friendly but Jennifer made a point to learn my name and even remember my drink as well! It's the little things like this that are lacking in today's customer service world so when people like her go out of their way to get it right, it doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks!

I ordered a soup. They told me they didn't have soup. I asked Well What Do You Have. "COFFEE" they told me. "FOOD". So I pooped in my hand and hid it where they'll never find it. Also there's only ever one person working here, and it's always a different person. But the coffee tastes great.
