Tex-Mex Restaurants near Everett

“I've been eating here regularly for over a year now. The food has improved a lot during this time. While it is a chain, it has been family owned for under 2 years, and the owners have been actively sourcing fresher and more natural ingredients over time. I've noticed a big change in food quality and it was never bad to begin with. The staff are friendly, capable, and consistent, and the pricing is fair compared to similar spots.

I grew up near a Taco Del Mar store and that establishment was not well-managed so the ingredients were never fresh. So I had a negative bias against this store because I associated it with my experience growing up. It’s now one of my favorite places to eat, thanks to the owners’ dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care.

While it is fast food it appears they are working to create a dine-in experience and are already offering an opportunity for folks to get fast food that is healthy.“

“Needs a nice internal upgrade for sure,
Last time I got a random burrito from a guest before me who left it without paying I didn't know it was on a tomato tortilla rice, black beans, ground beef, chicken, double guacamole, sour cream, cheese and a nice amount of pico (thankfully I have hot sauce) I was surprised I ate the whole thing one sitting at 4 pm and was full the next morning some people out here are monsters.“
