We had a great family meal at Yangpyung Haejangguk! The kids enjoyed the food, and we loved that everything was flavorful without being too salty. The bulgogi was especially delicious and a favorite at our table. A great spot to enjoy a meal with the whole family!
This is my go to Korean restaurant when I am in Federal way area. If you’re looking for authentic Korean stew and soup, this is place to be. Gamjatang and Soondae guk is popular items. Service speed can varies due to staffing. The owner is super nice though. The portion is generous so I always have leftovers. SERVICE: 10/10. The lady is down-to-earth and super friendly. It’s like speaking with an aunty you never had. Great person that adds to the atmosphere.
FOOD: 10/10. I live in Portland, and I drive 2.3 hours to get their pig soup and sundae plate. Reminds me of my homeland. Absolute top-tier food.
