I’m wondering if they understand the products that they serve. A latte is a drink that has 3-4 parts steamed milk to 1 part espresso. So a 12 oz drink with one shot of espresso, fundamentally cannot be a latte, yet that’s what their menu calls it. That also happens to be the smallest size they serve. Something doesn’t add up.
