We were so pleasantly surprised by this place! Although there’s a decent amount of Thai restaurants in Federal Way, it’s hard to find those of quality. The orange chicken here is now my step-mother’s favorite and the chicken satay is my dad’s favorite. The cashew chicken was great and so was the Thai iced tea that I got! They brought out everything as soon as it was done, which is such a great thing for restaurants to do since I like my food HOT. This is our new go-to...
The one thing that stood out with Emerald Thai II was their genuine customer service. Their food, equally the same caliber. I am so grateful to have discovered the authenticity of their food and the people that care for this restaurant with such genuineness.

Loved the food.. not so much the service after dropping the food of server came by only one time an that's because we called them other them that food was good would definitely eat here again..
