The manager and service horrible! Called and told them I was missing 1 item manager said I was lying hung up on my call. Very rude!!! Will not support this establishment.
The staff are very rude, especially the management, both Federal Way locations are poor, and not clean, always dirty tables, and food on the floor. Staff has sloppy appearance. My son placed an order at this location that was incorrect I called the location and was told that with receipt the order would be replaced, when we returned with receipt the manager claimed it was not from her store and that she would not replace it, it was rung up on my debit so proof it's mine, was from...read full review
