Excellent Loco Moco, fish sandwich, and kalua pork and cabbage. Very fast service.

**There was a Hawaiian gentleman that I witnessed give a box of chocolate macadamia nuts to a grandfather and grandson. It was very touching. God bless that man for being so sweet**

10 minutes before closing and you can’t order barbecue or even used the bathroom because they block it out. What kind of restaurant does not allow customers to use the restroom? Service is not as efficient as a few months ago . The ground was extremely wet what if someone slips and falls ? Music was too loud that even my girlfriend is not even able to order and the girl can’t hear what I am saying ? Is there a rodent infestation in the ceiling that is why the music is so loud ? Seriously do better. Are all these stores from the same owner? Do they even care about their business ?

I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience. I called in and placed an order, then picked it up shortly afterward. At the register, I confirmed the order with the employee, and she acknowledged it. However, when I got home, I realized I had received the wrong item. I called back and spoke to the same employee, but she insisted that I hadn’t ordered what I clearly told her I had. Instead of offering a solution, she essentially told me to deal with it.

The communication is getting worse here. And the food is getting expensive, the wait is longer

The food here is just average as I have had Hawaiian food and this feels like it just missing the love and soul. Granted this is a chain so it makes sense why it is missing. The presentation also just seems like an after thought and the rice is just so meh. Other than that, the meats here are pretty decent for the price you pay as well as the portion sizes (not so much for the shrimp or short ribs though). My boyfriend said it was alright as it was his first time coming to an L&L. Our friend ordered the saimin and enjoyed it as it was very comforting.

The service here was pretty nonexistent, no greeting or asking if we had questions. Once we were ready to order, we walked up to the cashier and she didn't offer anything either. She did repeat our order to ensure it was correct but other than that, nothing else was exchanged. The ambiance here does have island vibes with the decor, table cloth, and the music. But it's just a very average experience for those looking to get some Hawaiian flavors.
