Worst experience between an elderly service provider (waiter) in collaboration with a customer & I. My suspicion is my presence being an African kinda pissed them off. Treatment with contempt, rude & unfortunately not so friendly responses when requesting for service.

Star Bar is probably the diviest dive bar I've ever been to, and I mean that in the most honest way possible. My drink was good, the service was friendly, and it was clear this is a place where the regulars know each other and feel right at home.

It's not somewhere I'd choose for a girls' night out, but if you're looking for a no-frills spot to grab a quick drink, it's perfectly fine for a one-and-done stop. If you appreciate authentic...

We had the best time singing Kareokie. The place was filled with love and acceptance. We were celebrating a bachelorette party and so many regulars were happy to buy The Bride drinks.
