They are always respectful and professional. However, there’s one guy who takes the card and taps it himself, which doesn’t allow you to leave a tip, I feel bad for the other employees who work there.
Thank you so much to the barista who remade my drink !! I went to dash pointe road location and I was already on my way home. Right side is the remade one with actual strawberry cold foam!! And sweetened thanks so much for the customer service.
They went far and beyond first time there with my friends. They even help me with special drinks that I didn’t even know how to ask for I got it off TikTok/youtube. I Just left couple minutes ago and my drink taste so delicious. They made our day.
