They are always respectful and professional. However, there’s one guy who takes the card and taps it himself, which doesn’t allow you to leave a tip, I feel bad for the other employees who work there.
Thank you so much to the barista who remade my drink !! I went to dash pointe road location and I was already on my way home. Right side is the remade one with actual strawberry cold foam!! And sweetened thanks so much for the customer service.

Not bad, but definitely disappointing if you’re expecting an actual creamsicle flavor. Starbucks uses an orange powder, and it shows. The drink tastes orange-flavored rather than bright and citrusy, and the vanilla never quite brings it together.
A creamsicle should have real orange brightness, smooth vanilla creaminess, and that nostalgic frozen-treat balance. This was more like a frozen orange drink...
