Not cheap, but great value for the money

Ordered online for delivery and order never showed up. No one answers the phone at the restaurant and absolutely no way to reach anyone about your order.

A buddy and I ordered the lunch "all you can eat" Will was our Chef and greeted us right away. I ordered the budda-licious rolls which were amazing. Will then went on to give us his recommendations on a couple of other styles of rolls which were just as tasty. An overall very pleasant experience.

Food is great as always, but waited over 45 minutes for our food. So beware of happy hour as the bar gets packed!

Server was barely present. Been waiting for the server to stop by to ask for the bill. I walked towards the host booth and waited another 5 minutes just to see my server laughing with her coworkers drinking their sodas.

The sushi here is not very good. A lot of times it feels like they pull it out of a fridge already pre-made. Not very impressive

Server was amazing, the portion sizes were pretty small, but it was still a good deal!
Kid-friendliness: They had a good kids menu, portion sizes were kind of small for the kids so we had to order more off of the appetizer menu. But all in all still a good meal.

Wrongfully terminated. Racist and pretentious "corporate" management. Left to "bartend" by myself and was held responsible by my trainer who literally had no idea what she was doing. Amazing management at the Tacoma store unfortunately they were not there during my horrendous training. Human resources didn't respond to any concerns, unlike how she boasted in her orientation that she will treat everyone with dignity and respect. The worst company to ever work for ever.

I went for a late lunch and it was slow but very tasty. Even though there weren't a lot of people there, it still took 25 minutes or so to get the one Vader roll I ordered. I think a computer messed up or the chefs were just talking too much with each other to notice the order. My server looked out for me though and brought me a misu soup while she figured out what was going on. I think it was all a fluke. Normally it's awesome! I love Trapper's and I will definitely go back.
