“A few small critiques. Nuggets were a bit disappointing this time, a little tough. This is the second time my drink was bad at this location. The first time my lemonade was very bitter as though it was unsweetened, this time I was looking forward to a cherry berry sprite and the sprite had gone out so I got cherry berry carbonated water. Frustrating on a drive thru order but I understand it is a hard catch.“

“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“

“I stopped in the Bellevue location yesterday. I had the best dining experience ever from a chicken restaurant. The food was delicious, as always, but the service was outstanding. I even left a tip.“

“I frequent this Jollibee location a lot and enjoyed their food! Spicy chicken, spaghetti, adobo rice, and pineapple quencher are my ultimate go-to!

I recommend ordering through their app for takeout since line can be pretty long during peak hours. Ordering through the app also gives you the reward points where you can redeem for discounts or free food! There are some tables for dine-in as well. Service is relatively fast.

Most of the staff are friendly! On my last visit, I had a rather disappointing encounter with one of the team members. A male staff handed my order without even looking at me or saying a word after I thanked him. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting a perfect service, but everyone so far at this location has been very friendly until my encounter with this person. I’m sure it was not intentional but it wasn’t even busy at the time. Just a feedback so they can maintain a consistent customer service.“

“This restaurant has become a favorite of mine and was quick to make me a regular. I've only just moved here this year and instantly the staff have treated me as good friends that go way back. I've never seen the lobby dirty, I've never seen a customer upset and I've never seen a staff so quick and coordinated in my life that the sight of it was actually quite inspiring. The food was always fresh and almost always came out faster than I could finish pouring my drink! The two leads that work there, I've seen work both mourning and closing hours and they both have kept the same positive energy as the day I first walked in. I've never been the type to write a review on a place before but this place really deserve its praise. I would understand if you think I may be overexaggerating but go and see for yourself! I think you'll have quite a pleasant surprise waiting for you and I'm confident you'll have the urge to come back for more!“

“This KFC used to suck. My stuff would be missing and I never got honey with the biscuit. I decided to give it a shot after not going for months and they have a new manager, Olivia. both times I’ve went now my food was fast, correct and all condiments in the bag. Shout out to that new manager for turning this location around!“
