“It's a breath of fresh air to see a small business that does things right. Everything from the functionality to the food is great. I'm not from the area but I have to come through often for doctors appointments and this is now one of my go-to stops for food. The food is great. The only thing I've not enjoyed was the loaded fries. I think they use queso sauce and I'd much order no cheese sauce whatsoever and instead shredded cheese that's melted on there. The plain fries are amazing though! And so is the chicken and the signature sauce.“

“We came to this KFC and we are from California and we were just surprised at the cleanliness of this location; the workers especially the young girl at the drive thru window have great customer service. They have plenty of seating and even a round table for a bigger family. Great location!“

“I'm obviously grading the food and atmosphere on a curve that's commensurate with this sector of dining (although the chicken nuggets were ACTUAL PIECES OF CHICKEN and not compressed simulacrum). However, no curve is needed for rating the 5⭐ service of the young woman who helped my 11yo and me at about 9:30pm tonight June 3, 2026. I was born in the 70s, worked customer service, blue collar, and white collar jobs until i settled into practicing law and so i know keen attention to customer needs when I see it. And i know what a genuine work ethic looks like as well. She's got it and will surely go far without my review. BUT, if you get good service, please take the 1 minute it takes to open the establishment on maps and talk to your phone. You don't even have to type anymore. Although don't be an ignoramus like me and forget to get the name of the person who gave you the stellar experience. However, if you do forget, please note the date and time of the experience as it really helps their position in the company and probably makes their day as well.“

They were extremely polite and fun, just a good overall atmosphere in that store. Usually, it’s not that way at any fast food restaurant“

“I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!“

“Good spot when you want something quick that still feels a little more organized than total fast-food chaos. The food was solid, the whole experience ran smoothly, and I do respect a place that can move a line of hungry people without making it feel like the start of a riot. Worth it for familiar food that usually delivers what you came for.“
