“There is nothing we love more than time spent sharing a quality and intimate meal with loved ones. When planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted this feeling to be a focal point, with food that was not only delicious, but unique, and of the island where we would be married.

The team at Paellas San Juan absolutely delivered on this vision, and then some. From facilitating an interactive experience with guests through live paella cooking, to the stunning presentation integrated into each appetizer serving, and of course—the food! The quality and creativity were exceptional, with flavors that our guests couldn’t help but slow down and savor alongside one another. Between our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, reception and Sunday brunch each meal was phenomenal, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how much they enjoyed them.

As humans who love their families deeply, it was extra-special to see the Paellas San Juan family having so much fun preparing dishes alongside one another. Their easygoing dynamic felt so comfortable and they showed our guests nothing but attentiveness and kindness. We’re thrilled that they were able to make our wedding weekend so memorable!“
