This was a fabulous experience for my husband and I. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary with a special curated menu created around my allergies. Gabriella and her team are kind, meticulous, and open to all who dine with them. Sitting at a chef's counter, observing the flow of plating and cooking was very unique. What a gem! As avid tasting menu experience followers, we were left truly impressed by our time at First Son. Every bite was incredible, every wine pairing was exceptional and the service was thoughtful and personal. In our opinion, First Son could be considered a destination not just an add-on to your trip to the island.
This is definitely a splurge, but worth it for the experience. Amazingly creative and beautifully presented tasting menu, using mostly locally farmed and foraged sources. We loved it all! The atmosphere was welcoming and surprisingly unstuffy.
