Our group of 20 had an exceptional visit to Gig Harbor's Blazing Onion. Great food! Great staff! Great service! Our group of 20 recieved exceptional service despite it being a very busy Friday afternoon. The food and drinks were brought out quickly. The staff was incredibly attentive, very accomodating, engaging, and alot of fun! A great time was had by all. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Blazing Onion!
Bar service was great
We haven't been to Blazing Onion Gig Harbor in a few years. Post COVID, it really went downhill (food & service). We decided to give it a chance tonight. We had very low expectations & were pleasantly suprised. The first and most noticiable improvement was our waiter Devon. He was positive, polite and informative. Blazing Onion offers a cozy atmosphere with an innovative menu and exceptional service. The restaurant's General Manager creates a welcoming environment that makes every guest feel special. The food was to die for, especially the mac attack burger with macaroni and cheese, which was really good and flavorful. The fries are well seasoned and hot, and the beer is cold, adding to the enjoyable experience. The music is immaculate, helping to set a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and engaged in friendly conversation, making guests feel comfortable. The cheesecake is so creamy with good flavor and very filling. Drink specials like the perfect lavender lemon drop are made by Devin, who takes great pride in crafting amazing drinks. While most experiences are very pleasant, there was an incident where the manager appeared distressed over a simple fries upgrade, recharging for the fries again because of a cash payment. Despite that, many guests continue to enjoy the high-quality food, friendly staff, and overall atmosphere at Blazing Onion.
