I went through the drive thru, ordered a cheeseburger meal with sweet tea and two extra medium fries. When I arrived at my work, I started to eat my burger and noticed that my burger did not have meat I checked the other burger and opened it up to see if it had meat. It did not have any meat in it. My drink had no ice in it. I immediately called to inform them that I didn’t get no meat on my burgers and no ice in my drink . I was extremely upset .
Went in this morning, 20 Feb 2016 at 10:30am, to order quick snack to eat in the car. Drive thru too long. Not busy inside took 8 minutes to get a sausage egg mcmuffin. Server who took my order did not greet me, did not smile. While waiting for order realized that not 1 staff member was smiling, welcoming customers. Manager on duty was literally shouting at employees that they were going to be busy, that it was going to be a crappy day and everyone had to hustle. Was not...read full review
