It's a charming bakery! A variety of savory baked goods and a few sweet options. Both ladies were friendly. I especially liked the local artists displays of paintings and semiprecious stones jewelry.
I got a fresh fruit tart today: lemon curd, raspberries, and blueberries. It was divine. The crust was thin and light and the curd was appropriately tart and flavorful. Just lovely.

Found myself in Hansville today, and decided to try out the bakery, and I'm glad I did. I had a chocolate croissant and it was literally the best croissant I have had in my life. The item was perfect. And I paid several dollars less than I was expecting. There was a very good selection of baked goods especially for a small town bakery on a weekday. If you are in Hansville I strongly recommend you give this bakery a try. You will be glad you did.
