I love how the app tells you every Monday what new cookies or cakes are in. I'm going to buy a dozen of the cakes this week and put them in my freezer. I'll add photos later, I couldn't help myself. “5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you for such a great experience!”

“I just recently moved to the area so it was my first time here and had a wonderful experience I had to share. They greet you upon walking through the door and the gentlemen working there seem genuinely nice and attentive to detail. I placed an online order and got there around 30 minutes earlier than pick up time and the pizza wasnt ready because they wait till just before your pick up time to make it fresh for you!! Most of the time ive ordered, my pizza was sitting there waiting for me and who knows how long it was there for. Everything I asked for on my pizza was perfect, even the extra sauce and they dont skimp on the cheese either. I asked them to give me a call when its ready and they had no attitude doing so whats so ever. Great experience, good food and great prices. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!!”

“We had an amazing trip to Washington before going on our cruise to Alaska back in march. My family and I are from Florida.. today I am writing this review because every single one of us still think about the coffee and energy drinks we got from here. Nothing here has been able to even come close to what we tasted here. This morning my husband is asking me to try to recreate the Monster mimosa he had. My father still talks about his huckleberry hot coffee. I just need the owners and workers to know how much we enjoyed ourselves. We do plan on coming back to Washington to stay and this establishment will be one of our first stops (and probably everyday that we are there). Thank you guys!
