They were very attentive to my dietary needs and very kind about it. They checked in with me regularly while making the burger to ensure that they were making it right which I very much appreciate. I would also like to note that I have been here a couple times now and their food has not disappointed, very tasty and my friends all agree.“

Her order was big for a single F&C. The single piece of Cod was like 10 inches long, and the portion of fries was enough for the both of us. Their tarter is some of the best I've had, besides my homemade tarter. The woman working with the younger kids, I think, was the owner, brought us out our food hot and fresh. She checked on us a couple of times, and everyone there was cheerful and polite. It was sad to see the signs asking customers to be polite because the kids are young. My daughters order was fresh, crispy, and hot as well was mine.This will definitely be my go-to for burgers from now on. I live in Sumner and will happily drive down to Orting to eat there.“

“Brought my whole family, including four small children. Service was friendly, accurate and efficient. The children inhaled the mac and cheese and declared it their favorite "of the whole world" Our burgers and drinks were excellent. Most importantly, when I requested that the final bill be discreetly handled so I could pay it, the waitress was perfect!! Hops n Drops is now our family hang out of choice!“

“I was super excited to discover that Bob's has the ability to serve me a gluten free burger and fries (dedicated fryer). I was totally safe and had no issues afterwards. One of the cooks has Celiac so I felt especially safe. Definitely will go back!

“I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. “I'm addicted to the Santa Barbara Char and my husband can't get enough of the Ahi Tuna burger.The sides are soooo yummy.Love the spicy yellow sauce that is kept in the fridge.Just one issue, Generally speaking (not specific to one restaurant) I find that there is room for improvement where cleaning of the juice and condiments area is concerned. Can be dusty at times.“

Only reason it’s 4 is because a female employee threatened extremely quickly without warning to call the cops because we were on mini motorcycles going through the drive thru While the lobby was closed at around 11. Though it states on the window “open until midnight.” Slightly misleading. Otherwise great wendys. Give nick a raise, nick is very professional.

“We came into the Graham/South Hill location on Meridian tonight for a quick date night dinner before heading to part two of our night. Let them know we were on a time schedule and our meal came out super fast and and was delicious. Even complimented the chef on our meal.

Felt sorry for the staff. It was a super busy dinner rush and there was one of the rudest individuals sitting across from us. She complained about everything. Felt sorry for her companion as well. I don't think I heard a single word come out of his mouth. Wanted to apologize to him as we were leaving.

The staff was so attentive to all the guests. We had a great experience as we left we made sure our staff know they were appreciated. Staff keep up the good work and sorry for people that come in like that. We APPRECIATE you.
