They were very attentive to my dietary needs and very kind about it. They checked in with me regularly while making the burger to ensure that they were making it right which I very much appreciate. “How have we lived in Bonney Lake and not heard about Herfeys. We tried it last night and everything was delicious and plentiful, from shrimp(huge) and chips to jalapeño poppers to Philly Cheesecake sandwich to milkshakes. More importantly, the customer service was phenomenal! They greeted everyone, offered to help carry food to the car, inquired about our food , made recommendations and were patient and kind to seniors., Haven’t seen employees be this kind and helpful in any restaurant. It was a pleasure to eat there and we will def be back. Kudos to the staff!“

“5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. “I was super excited to discover that Bob's has the ability to serve me a gluten free burger and fries (dedicated fryer). I was totally safe and had no issues afterwards. One of the cooks has Celiac so I felt especially safe. Definitely will go back!

“I'm addicted to the Santa Barbara Char and my husband can't get enough of the Ahi Tuna burger.The sides are soooo yummy.Love the spicy yellow sauce that is kept in the fridge.Just one issue, Generally speaking (not specific to one restaurant) I find that there is room for improvement where cleaning of the juice and condiments area is concerned. Can be dusty at times.“

“What can I say about this place.... Other than the food tasted absolutely marvelous, everything was made just the way we requested, and the food portions oh goodness! It was so hard trying to finish everything in decent time, the restaurant was so clean you could probably eat off the floor if you so chose, the service was amazing! Our server Javier was on top of it, granted the restaurant was not incredibly busy, he still managed to make his rounds, clean his tables, get food out in good time, as well as frequently check if we needed anything. When we got there we had immediate service as well. If my wife and I could recommend anybody for a major pay bump or promotion Javier would be that person. This place is also very family friendly and just a nice calm atmosphere altogether. Definitely would recommend eating here, we may even come more often.“

Only reason it’s 4 is because a female employee threatened extremely quickly without warning to call the cops because we were on mini motorcycles going through the drive thru While the lobby was closed at around 11. Though it states on the window “open until midnight.” Slightly misleading. Otherwise great wendys. Give nick a raise, nick is very professional.

“It was as always, good. The drive thru was very busy for it being 11:30 at night, on a Thursday. May explain why our order was mixed up and incorrect but, it was still good. I ain't mad..they're are just young kids trying their best. Isnt worth me getting wild over a few bucks difference and wanting 10 pcs nuggets and getting 3 strips. It all eats and taste the same“
