Came for a late dinner on a Tuesday night for my friend’s birthday. Within 10-15min we were the only ones in the restaurant and the chef kindly brought us some insanely delicious off-menu items in addition to the dishes we ordered, which were all insanely delicious as well. Do wish there were more non-alcoholic drink options, but maybe the demand for that on the east side isn’t as great as it is in Seattle.
We always have such a great dinner when we go to this restaurant. I love the atmosphere, and the food is always unique and very good. Great for a special occasion or a family are in town.
Cedar & Elm had a nice atmosphere and our server was friendly, but overall the experience was disappointing. The food was okay, but definitely overpriced for what you get. Nothing particularly special or memorable. We had to ask several times for our drinks and were even served the wrong dish. For an upscale restaurant, we expected much better.
