“I visit this location atleast twice a week. However, on the last vist, one of the workers of dominoes was trying to ring me up and asked if the music could be turned down. I agreed and added that the music was too loud. After taking my pizza and returning home. A different employee called me on my cell phone to tell me I am racist for complaining about his music and how he is not mexican but he is Porta Rican and how I'm no longer welcome at this location. I wonder if this could be prosecuted in civil court?? Anywho. Will never visit this location again.“

“From ordering to receiving order does take 15-20 minutes. This chicken is hot, juicy, and delicious. Worth the wait.

Kid-friendliness: Chicko Meal is breaded, fried chicken pieces, fries and a drink. Works for a quick meal for my 11 yo.

Wheelchair accessibility: Close to ADA Parking. Restaurant is spacious. Tables are appropriately sized for assistive devices. Bathroom isn’t as accessible.“

As merciful as it is cruel, the flavor is delivered to you with equal parts pain. Upon first bite of the backfire burger, I glimpsed the infinite. Although the flavor was tempered with a bittersweet sadness as I knew I would only have the chance to experience this for the first time but once.

“This place is fantastic! The crew is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I called the day before to place an order for 15 XL pizzas that I needed to pick up by 11:30 for an important event. The sweet and sour pork was like nothing we've had before, and the pot stickers are clearly made from scratch on site, they taste soooo fresh. Best of all, the chef had just whipped up a bath of popcorn chicken with this amazing sweet/spicy seasoning, and let us try it to give our opinion on the new recipe. So good! “The second you walk in you are greeted and given a table. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Placed my order and in less than 10 mins the food arrived. However, there was only one person working the front end & they were absolutely busting their ass. “I've heard good things about the chicken for years and wow, was it awesome. J got the -crispy- half chicken with garlic sauce for 19 dollars. I was wincing at the price tag initially but the portion was enormous. I could not eat it all and I can eat a lot.

The chicken was crunchy and saucy, so juicy and tender and there was ample meat on the bone. They did not skimp in quality or quantity. I highly recommend going. Next time I will take a friends and order the whole chicken which seems like a really awesome deal for price. I will come back for sure!

“I hadn’t been here in a couple years and there’s been some improvements to the food. Got the classic burger with a couple additions, with the onion rings with chipotle mayo.
Oh my lord, was it all so delicious. The server and kitchen handled my one small substitution request on the burger perfectly. And the onion rings were hot and perfectly crispy.

“TL;DR: Fresh and satisfying.

Parking: hard to find free spots but there are plenty of paid spots in the garage or street. Weekends aren't free in paid spots.

Atmosphere: spacious, seems like most orders are ToGo/PickUp.

Service: wait to be seated, scan the QR code at the table, order taken at the table when you are ready, you will be watered, food brought to you, check brought to you, boxes for leftovers available upon request.

Menu: QR code located on the metal trash bins on the table. Photos available for the main items, mainly names and brief descriptions.

Complimentary cabbage salad: it was very crunchy and fresh, the dressing was creamy, sweet and every so slightly tangy.

Yakisoba: great noodle to topping ratio. Pretty much at least one topping in every noodle bite. The veggies had a very nice blanched texture and were added a light crunch to each bite. The sauce was as tad on the sweet side for me though.

Fries: lightly seasoned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I found I could eat these plain without the need for a dip.

Original Fried Chicken: Very flaky and lightly crunchy. The chicken inside was brined nicely and was very tender and juicy.“

“Wow! This is first-class boba tea. Stopped by on a rainy day craving for something warm, I asked for a taro milk tea warm. It really hit the spot! I think the baristas can make most of the drinks warm even if not indicated on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the tapioca pearl... it had the perfect chewiness that you just want to keep chewing on it, not just two or three bites, but more like 10-15 bites. And the pearls are not tough at all... they just resist falling apart very well. What a wonderful place to overcome cold and rainy weather... Next time I will save room to try the fried chicken wings.“

“Stopped in during work for lunch after being suggested. The service is swift and convenient eliminating the cashier role and using a very simplistic kiosk system. Simply touch swipe and wait for your order to be made, all of which is cooked out in the open and seemly from scratch. The photos below show the home crimson, chicken and waffles, & and tenders combo. They show quantity is favorable to fill you up and the prep was relatively fast, maybe a 10 minute wait. You can also order in the road and have it waiting. They have a heat system from nothing to hot. I’m sensitive to heat so I went with mild and think I could def go higher if that helps at all. “terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). I hung up and called back. they retook my order and placed me on hold while they "did the math" so I could pay. 20 mins later, they get back on the line and retake my order a 3rd time. they then allow me to pay and claim our location is out if bread sticks as therefore were not answering the phones & that is why the online ordering is disabled. We receive our order 40 mins later with a ring on our door. I open the door and there is no person but pizzas sat on our bench. I had planned to make sure the order was correct & tip our driver but couldn't do either. of course, the order was wrong... one pizza was too small, while the other was wrong all together. they also left no receipt (& since I ordered verbally I got no emailed receipt). I called the dispatcher again. they say I can only file complaints via email. I asked what do I do about the fact that I don't have enough food or the right food to feed my family after all of this? he said eat what you have and I'll transfer you to the store's direct line (knowing they didn't answer the last time). Again on hold... (48mins) I've hung up because surprise surprise, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sent a FB message to them also, nothing.... I have my order confirmation number and a photo of my pizzas. I'll be chatting with you all in person tomorrow. 🤬“
