Staff were hospitable.
Was a bit of a wait for my order but wasn't in a rush. Only off-putting thing was a customer with one child who seemed sick & was coughing close to the counter. 😩

From a California native, burgers are as close to In N Out as I can find in the Seattle area. My only issue is with customer service when it comes to calling in orders. I have attempted almost every time I want a burger and every time it rings over 20 times and today they finally picked up the phone but did not actually answer. I could hear a woman taking orders but not answering the phone. This is specific to the Kenmore location. While I appreciate they are busy if you...

Got a couple burgers to go. I had the Bacon cheeseburger. It was well made and delicious! The bun held together well and all the ingredients seemed like good quality. The bacon was crisp and cooked well. My GF had the Chicken burger ad bacon. She liked it but felt the chicken paddy was too thin. We also got onion rings and fries. They were both very good. The onion rings are large and crispy. We got two milk shakes and they were made with real ice cream, excellent shakes.
