I’ve eaten here 4 times and they have yet to include everything I’ve ordered. They never add the sauces I’ve requested. $100 for 3 people to eat…you’d think they could at least get it right.
When we made to the pickup window, we were asked to pull up. 4-5 cars left while we waited on 2 chicken nuggets a sandwich and 3 drinks. I got out to inquire and all they could say is that they were working on it. Waited in the car as 5-6 more vehicles left. I was pretty upset at this time. The “manager” that I spoke to earlier said they were working on it, making it fresh. Point, when you’re in line waiting 45 minutes, your food is going to be fresh. 2 hours in line waiting only to leave empty handed because they’re drive thru and mobile thru lines got messed up. Was told the ONLY resolution was for the customer to cancel their order and place it again either at the cash wrap or for inside pickup mind you the order was already placed two hours prior for pick up. Dismissive staff. Putting the responsibility of resolving the issue on the customer is not customer service at all. hopefully things get better.

Chick-fil-A is a restaurant with extremely busy lines, but the food is done fast. The dining area is very clean and the employees demonstrate top notch customer service. The food is good, with popular items including the spicy chicken sandwich meal, 4 piece chicken strip meal, chicken sandwich, tenders, nuggets, waffle fries, and Mac and cheese. Some customers have had issues with online ordering, but the staff is generally friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is one of the cleanest fast food places, with staff checking in on customers to ask how things are. Customers have been pleasantly surprised by the service and food, with some even receiving sweet treats from the manager. Overall, Chick-fil-A provides a good experience, with prompt food and nice employees, although customers may need to be patient due to long lines.
