“I'm giving this a 5/5 star review. I loved the chicken, it truly was Krunchy. It also very juicy and has the perfect flavor. The mac&cheese was also very cheese and creamy, though melted shredded cheddar cheese on top would be even better. The biscuit.. THE BISCUIT!! Easily the best biscuit in Tri-Cities! It was so soft, lightly sweet and savory, it was like homemade. Trully the biscuit is the star of the show. I ordered through DoorDash.

“I’m a parent for a local freshmen football team. For our final team dinner we decided on KFC! Angel and his staff did such a great job for us. He gave us a great price on our six 16 piece combo meals. It was all bagged and ready to go when I arrived. And without asking, there were 4-5 employees grabbing a couple bags each to load it in my car. Thank you!“

“I dearly love KFC but today your cole slaw SUCKS!!! Literally NO DRESSING at all - like eating plain dry cabbage. This Kennewick KFC is so hit and miss - why??! Going to Columbia Center Blvd. from now on - y'all don't run that one too do you? 😳😡“

“Food is good but taking orders is a joke order the macaroni and chicken bowl today wanted my chicken on the side deThey charged me $.050 cents put it on the side and found the chicken all over my macaroni and cheese then we order the BBQ Burger that same order told them no lettuce no pickles and they crammed more with lettuce so yeah it for $45 for three people it's just not worth it anymore I rather go sit down and eat for that at least my food would be prepped right I can see it before I drive home and eat it“

“The worker who took our order was super sweet and went above and beyond for us!! I asked if she could customize an order that was most likely a no but still asked and she made it happen for us!! She brought out food out in two separate trips to make sure it was fresh I didn’t get her name but she was on cashier and overall amazing service!!“
